Hello and welcome! Congratulations on being admitted to Caius. We’re looking forward to meeting you in a few weeks’ time — in the meanwhile, we’ll try to do our best to help you hit the ground running when you arrive.
To that end, in the pages here you’ll find various pieces of information that will hopefully give you a better sense of what life will be like when you arrive at Caius, and links to other pages on this site and elsewhere that will help orient you. In addition to what you find on this page, the “Gonville & Caius Graduate Freshers” Facebook Group is a great place to meet other new Caians, ask current grads any questions you might have in the meantime, and receive daily updates about events during Freshers’ Fortnight itself (NB: the group is created every year circa September and deleted in November).
The Freshers Reps should also circulate a Freshers Handbook to you before you arrive in Cambridge, which includes all of the following information and more.
